We have the following positions open:

SOUS/ASSISTANT CHEF

As sous chef you will be joining a great team and working alongside an experienced head chef who has created fine dining menus for busy hotels, country restaurants, yachts in south of France, private dining settings and more. This will give you the opportunity to learn new dishes, flavours, and techniques to enhance your repertoire.

You will also deputise for the head chef for some services according to the rota giving you the opportunity to lead and be responsible for producing the menu with continuity of quality.

  • An Experienced kitchen team member with good demonstrable culinary skills and knowledge.
  • Focused with a ‘can do’ attitude.
  • Calm under the pressures of a busy service.
  • A passion for food, quality fresh ingredients and creative menus.
  • A desire to progress your career in a supportive environment.
  • Pastry and baking skills desirable but not essential
  • Good health and safety knowledge and practices (training can be provided)
