Jerusalem artichoke soup with oyster mushrooms & rosemary oil (V) 
Smoked duck, caramelised apple & walnut salad
Orange cured Gravlax with dill blini, crème fraiche, and lilliput caper salsa

Double baked smoked cheese soufflé with chive sauce & salad leaves (V)


Pan fried sea bass with samphire, carrot julienne, dill potatoes & white wine sauce
Chicken supreme with potato rosti, purple sprouting & Champagne tarragon sauce
Lamb shank, slow cooked in Uley ale, with spiced red cabbage & mustard mash
Wild mushroom risotto with truffle oil topped with crispy kale & Parmesan (V)


Pear & almond tart with clotted cream
Chocolate mousse torte with honeycomb
Very berry sorbet in a brandy snap basket

Selection of cheeses with biscuits & homemade chutney
(Double Gloucester, oak smoked brie, Oxford Blue, Capricorn goats cheese)

3 course menu £30 per person
